We use Business Like NZ for our annual accounts and general help and advice. We have always found them to be very helpful and trustworthy. Sadly I truely wish I could give an overhaul star ratting of 5 but sadly I cant disappointing.5 star to the friendly staff fantastic accommodating explained everything to me and was totally hooked and was excited to be looked after by Business like NZ.After explaining my situation that I was moving down to the South Island and giving dates I was told all would be sorted before the big move.All my info was sent through on the 2/4/20 and I constantly made sure that they had my info and they could open up all documents and was told everything was good.If someone could not continue with the work on my documents I would have expected my documents to be passed on to someone else to carry on and possibly keep me up to date but nothing.Disappointing, a week before my big move, nothing was done could not open documents seeking more documents after over a month and no communication and all my stuff packed away for the big move.If they could just communicate and let me know what was going on and If there was any problems with my documents and wanted more then it would of bean good for them to have let me know from the beginning.

Rachel Darlington & Michelle Adlington have looked after me and my husbands accounts for over 14 years now. During this period, they have always been approachable, given me great advice and been very quick to complete all our books or any queries we have. I currently recommend them to all my clients and will continue doing so.

I did business with Business Like for over 4 years. I can’t fault their friendliness but unfortunately poor communication and lack of attention to my accounts led to a discrepancy in my taxes. When confronted with the issue my emails were largely ignored by my accountant and senior management.
