Antoon and the Silver Service Team are wonderful! Communication is always very prompt. Katie does an awesome job of keeping me updated if Antoon is in a meeting and when he will be available. Antoon is very knowledgeable and ensures everything is running smoothly. To be honest, we never really see him now because the work he did upfront has been so good that we don't have any reason to contact him. Everything is so much more stable now so I can highly recommend Antoon and the team at Silver Service!
