Auckland City Council

I have a which is sinking. This is due to Council not ensuring contractors have done the initial subdivision correctly and builders and inspectors that the piles are in good ground not rubbish throw in to build the ground up. Then we have the fact that the resource consent was never signed off. Apparently according to a senior lawyer from Council, an engineer was to over see and sign off the build. There is no record of this . How was a CCC granted and why did Council not enforce the resource consent? The said senior lawyer has emailed me to tell me that they will not peruse this as apparently it is now my problem as I am the current owner? The main question here is how was the building consent signed off and a CCC granted? I have asked to speak at a Council meeting and been denied three times. I thought we lived in a society of freedom of speech but apparently we live in a dictator ship. Now might be a good time to point out this senior lawyer of Council admitted to me that Council is knowingly signing off non compliant building consents and don't know what to do. Time Council took some responsibility for their actions and also time to take some accountability for what they do.

Auckland Council in it's infinite wisdom (NOT) have said all recycling must go into the new size bin. Our family, three generations, actually fills totally one of these new size bins every two weeks already so how can we now put paper/cardboard into it. Oh we just have to buy another bin - really. The little old lady can trade down her new big bin but does she get a reduction or refund, no you have got to be joking. So why do I now have to pay more Auckland Council. As I said you say I have to buy another bin, WHY, I already have a second bin albiet blue and yellow. So what we will do is break all the glass that will mix with the paper just so we can get it into this new bin. More idiot thinking from a Council that is so far remove from reality.

Auckland Council's slack behavior has caused a lot of Mental Stress to us as now they are asking us to provide surveyor report on resource consent after 4 years the house been built. We are the second owners...dont know who built it.They were sleeping when it was been built.....completely pissed off.
