Number One Shoes
They are now co-branding some stores as Number One Shoes and Hannahs. I didn't realize that the two brands had been owned by the same company or group for years. Hannahs owner Hellaby Holdings purchased Number One Shoe Warehouse in 2005. They are now under the umbrella of Ngahuia Group (since 2017). The group was purchased by Tahua Partners in 2021. These shoe stores offer a comprehensive range of footwear.

Number One Shoes
Was told next visit get 20% discount then came back and bought 3 pairs of shoes and charged full price by Isabelle she didn't even know what she was doing, the staff were standing in a group making fun of other customers not very professional won't be back avoid like the plague had lots of signs up that wasn't even right was told they were old signs.

Number One Shoes
Had a pleasant experience at this store, had trouble finding large sizes (15+) and the employee mentioned a specially designed set of formal wide-fit footwear just what I was looking for. The store was empty when I arrived around 9AM-10AM but there were 2 employees keen to help. The store stock is a lot larger than the franchise in Westfield so it's worth checking out before heading to Westfield. There is currently construction going on in the neighbouring store so it won't be easily seen and finding a carpark can be difficult.

Number One Shoes
If you need affordable shoes for the whole family, this is a good place to go. They have a wide range & do follow trends as well. Usually good 'return to school' bargains. This branch is on a v large site plus there's lots of parking outside. Its a little out of the way so if you can't get your size at a branch, they often have it here.

Clean and tidy premises. Stock well displayed. Had to go to front desk to get service as not many staff on. Given it was a Saturday morning, not a great look.

My son was keen to have his birthday shoes from here. He knew where to go and there's plenty of different styles to choose from. Aisles are wide enough and staff are friendly and helpful.

Huge store & everything you need in shoes. Very helpful staff to guide you through what this enormous store has to offer. Highly recommend it. A+++++ customer service experience

A shoe shop where there is actually staff when you need them. Attentive and friendly too. Well stocked and organised shop, unless there is a sale on. Good range. I always managed to find whatever I was after. Abundance of parking outside and conveniently located. Great prices too.

It's very expensive now? They have the odd sale, but you have to be quick for your size. Best to let your warrior fingers search before you leave your house.

Good no hassle pleasant staff. The for sale signs at the door a bit confusing. Shld have shoes on sale next to the sign. The shoes were way n far corner but no sale sign to indicate.
