As͏ a vendorWhen we decided to sell our property in Napier, we phoned a couple of agents. David responded very quickly and turned up with a pleasant demeanour and a big smile. He was perfectly content with the plans we had in place which was to sell but not relocate until later. The photos he took were great and the initial marketing and signage were great. Open homes were stress free, as were other casual viewings. All offers were presented professionally. He was even able to negotiate a rental contract with the new owners. Thank you David for making a very stressful time, less so.

Brayden helped us to sell our home in Napier. We enjoyed working with Brayden he was very easy to talk to and we felt comfortable during his presentation that we had made the right choice to go with him as our agent. He was thorough in explaining things and was always helpful when we had questions. We have busy work schedules so its not always easy to reply as fast as he may have liked, but he was patient which was a plus.
