Site show nice pool and spa not available had credit vCard lost week before. They said need 200 dollar bond or 100 dollar bond on credit Card not advertising. Need pay 20 dollars daughter sleep on a couch as she not sleeping on double bed.. lady hard understand and rude. Worr she chare me still Rent room out as Christchurch fast rent rooms.i booked in advance now sleep I car very dissapoint do not stay here

Clean, modern motel about 30min walk from Chch Hospital. It is quite loud but that's to be expected as it's on a main road. My only criticisms are that the curtains are very thin and let a lot of light in at night and that the bathroom in the room I stayed in needed some paint touch ups. Room was otherwise great and very clean! Lovely, accommodating staff who were very kind. Would definitely stay again.

I rated high due to convenience of being able to walk into the centre of town and to an event in Hagley Park. Hardly heard traffic noise from our room on the second floor. Room was very small, when you pulled the couch out for leg room there was rubbish still in there from previous bookings. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable.

We rented an apartment on two occasions with our infant. The place was huge and had all the things we expected. Hotel staff were friendly. Lots of parking. Great overall experience!!!!!!! Would 10/10 come back to this place again- great location too.

Extremely rude tried to cancel my booking as they found out there was a concert and wanted more money! We then Enjoyed our stay untill we were charged a cleaning bill $200 . For having a party" which didn't happen as we arrive at 11pm to sleep and left at 10am !! . Nothing was used but the beds and shower . Be careful with these guys"

DO NOT STAY HERE - staff are extremely rude, the motel was disgustingly dirty and the shower in both rooms leaked and there was no hot water. When we advised the staff of this issue they told us they could not do anything about it & since leaving my card has now been charged $200 and they are now claiming we broke both showers and have “no record of our phone call” When confronting the staff about this charge I was hung up on (twice). DO NOT RECOMMEND.

A highly recommended motel. The staff were friendly and professional while our room, although older, had been refurbished so had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Location is brilliant and it was nice that there were so many restaurants within walking distance.A really great price. I will stay again.

If I can give them a 0 I would. Do not stay there. Bedding had sigarette burns in them. Old dirty furniture. They will accuse you of taking stuff and then is wasn't even in the room to start off with. The road going passed is so load you can't sleep. No aircon. Stay away that is my advice. Go elsewhere this is not a good Motel.
