One star for customer service. The lady who works there clearly doesn't want to be there. My friend and I went there and when my friend said hello to the women on the counter she just looked at us blankly and said nothing. Another time when I was deciding which flavour of bubble tea to buy the woman stared and gave a big sigh...... I was deciding which take about 30 seconds, it wasn't even that long. Other times you walk in she is busy on her phone..Poor customer service. Never going back.

There’s so many drinks to choose from. The drinks are made with fresh milk, high quality tea and real fruit. The service was great, the atmosphere and decorations enhanced the experience. Passionfruit tea and sea salt lemon tea was nice. Will surely try more flavors.

I ordered Matcha Soufflé and Chocolate Soufflé today, very nice and soft. Will definitely go back again, the owner should turn on the signage lights on the windows coz the shop looked like it was closed.

First time went in, polite and friendly staff. Ordered the Thai caramel milk tea and I really liked it! Price is good considering the size and quality of the product. Would recommend!

Waited an hour for food half hour for drinks even though there was only 2 customers ahead. Later found out the staff is new that wasn’t trained. After almost an hour the owner came to help. Both food and drinks was average. I’m surprise this establishment will survive as so many other better bubble tea dessert shops in Albany. Wouldn’t recommend.
