Helen is fantastic. I had a quite painful infected ear and was in a lot of pain after seeing a doctor. She squeezed me in to see her urgently to see if it could be suctioned, and then wouldn’t accept payment. She referred me to an ENT specialist at the hospital and followed up next day to check that I was ok. Very caring and great customer service. Highly recommend.

The clinician has many years of experience and concurred with my otolayryngologist on the diagnosis. They were positive and informative in their approach.Booking online was simple and they were accomodating and flexible in changing the time of my appointment.I would highly recommend this business for ear-related concerns.
