Burger King Carmen Road
BK and Maccas once competed to be the better experience, but these days, its like they don't care. Sure, the meals are still edible, but the flavour and atmosphere have dropped significantly over the years.I know that my sense of taste is still good due to being able to prepare and eat the same foods that I've always been able to eat.It is definitely Burger King's selection/range that doesn't taste how it used to.Eating at home is by far the better and tastier option.

Ordered a breakers baller burger to rakeaway. When I got home the burger was missing the extras (onion rings, bacon). It was just buns, patty and sauce! This is the second time it happened to me!The first time I let it go but this time I decided to go back and let them know. They asked to see the burger, I showed it to them and they took it.They then made me a new one or maybe just added the missing extras to my existing burger (pretty stingy too).They did not, however, gave me any free stuff to compensate me having to drive all the way back there. Poor customer service and quality

Usually good, but this store purposely did something gross to burger (like added poo) due to being offended over asking to wait for a second....

Bought a basic meal deal. Wait was not too long. Restaurant front of house want too messy, although tables could have done with being wiped. Was disappointed that OTHER PATRONS let their children stand and walk on the tables like it was a play ground. Come on folks, if you have any respect left, please teach your children to redirect.

can only give 2 stars, place was clean but a spill remained unattended to for some time during a lunch time period. Burgers themselves very average for a large chain Burger operation. They lacked taste and visually looked like the person putting them together didn't want to be there.

What an experience. Went in about 6.30 7pm ish at night and when I got to the counter was told that they are no longer taking orders. I asked if it was true and he told me he would check. Came back and said that it was true. We left as they closed down the grill stopping people from coming in. Went to KFC hornby instead and spent my money there.

They sometimes do okay if you order at lunchtime but any other time you order, food is either soggy, luke warm and very poor quality.

Generally pretty dirty, bins are normally to full and very hit and miss with customer service. Food is ok. Food is much better at lincoln Road Burger King.

Quick & friendly service. Have visited many times and haven't had any issues. Always a short wait with the plant based options which is actually good because you know they're made fresh.
