Horrible work! Ruined my watch! I have always kept my watch well, no dents or scratches, silvery shiny. After they have changed my battery, l noticed so many dents around the cases and made my watch bronze at the edges. My heart was broken and l cried! This watch meant a lot to me and now everytime l see it l will see the dents and get heartbroken!

After looking around for a battery for my work watch and being told we can't get one for you. I was told by my work colleague to go to Mr Minit and couldn't thank them enough for there awesome service and onto it team highly recommend them. I would rate them 3 stars for making key duplicates. We had to go back sometimes as the keys don't work. A big no no to replacement of watch batteries. The watch would only work for a few days a stop working. These happened to me several times over the years.

Awesome fantastic service A +++ Just had my watch battery and seal done on the spot by a friendly young man. Highly recommended to any body getting battery replacements for your watch or car etc.Very helpful

Stopped off at Mr Minit yesterday for a battery replacement in my watch,he was very busy but within the hour he had also replaced the cracked glass in my watch after offering to do that service for me if I so wished,he also repaired the safety chain on my bracelet. He was obliging & happy,which is not always so apparent now.Thankyou Mr Minit.

Came in today to get a new battery for my partners car key. Car key still didn’t work with new battery so the amazing Lindsay came all the way up to the carpark to try and figure out what was wrong and got it working! Amazing customer service, really made our day :)
