Sunrise Garden Serviced Apartments Albany

I had an exceptional experience at Sunrise Service Apartments in Albany. The rooms were impeccably clean and suitable for both short and long stays. The standout feature, however, was the exceptional service. The staff was always accessible and genuinely attentive, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Special recognition goes to Jenny, Peter, and the humble housekeeping staff who made my stay truly enjoyable.I would really want to give more than 5 star rating to this place.

Had the pleasure doing a site visit recently. New ( opened Dec 2021) 1, 2 and 3 bed serviced apartments. Great if you are visitng Akl to attend and event or catching up with friends. ALBANY PUB is next door and the restaurant there is fabulous. You can also charge your meal back to your room. Rooms have balconys and over looks a stream and bush. Staff are friendly and welcoming and there are also 70 secure carparks. Parking is incl in your room rate. Lockbox option for afterhours checkin as well.

This accommodation exceeds all expectations. From the first minute we felt very welcome, check-in went smoothly. The apartments are very spacious and beautifully furnished. The biggest plus here, however, is the cleanliness. Unlike in most hotels, the corners are really cleaned here and attention is paid to the little things. The cleaning staff really do a fantastic job. If this level of cleanliness can be maintained over the long term, this will definitely remain our place to stay whenever we come to Auckland. Kudos to the wonderful cleaning staff!

A very handy location behind the old Albany Hotel. Building backs onto the creek on 2 sides. Access to main roads is great. 3mins to Albany Mall and Stadium. Old Albany Village with cafes etc even closer. Modern, clean apartment facilities. Secure basement parking (must report to reception first to get entry dongle for the basement gate) Reception location is a little obscured by block fence (it's on the right hand end of the ground floor). Lifts each end of the carpark. Quiet neighbours. Secure lock up and leave scenario. Pleasant hosting team. Kitchens with fridge, d/washer, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, cups etc. Small capsule Expresso machine, washing machine (in bathroom), separate compact walk-in robe, iron, TV. Watch slippery tiles in shower. No soap tray was a nuisance. A great place to stay.

Wonderful service in the rooms. Kind and caring cleaners. Great facilities in the room and a very comfortable bed.

Perfect for where we needed to be. Great staff, lovely to have views of native forest from our balcony. Staff responses were amazing. Apartment was fab.

Perfect space & well recommended to everyone who wants to have a short or long stay in North Auckland

Very clean, modern, nice, the MGT upgraded me to a quiet end room and gave me the late check-out I required. I had tried 3 other five star motels and no one else could fulfil this so I was very impressed that this place would. It was lovely and peaceful. A walk around the gardens area is nice and in the middle of the resort is an open air garden area with table Nd chairs and plants. Beautiful.

My partner and I had an amazing time here. Couldn’t get over the view of the greenery right outside of the door step. Everything was in close proximity. Jenny had such a beautiful presence when she greeted me at check in and check out, the service she provided was impeccable and I can’t wait to stay here again. Jenny also upgraded us to which I thought was extremely nice, overall an amazing place to stay.
