What a disappointment this experience turned out to be. Let me give a bit of context. My 18yr old sister bought me a grabone voucher to have my lashes done for my birthday. I was so excited to see the end result so jumped online and booked a full set of hybrid lashes. Today my baby, my sister and I traveled to Napier for the appointment, this is when it all turned south. On entering, the owner commented how brave" I was bringing a child and proceeded with the consultation. My sister confirmed what service we were here for
