Very friendly team. No pressure and very knowledgeable. We bought an electric car and Chris answered all my questions and concerns brilliantly. I'm sure we got a better car for our needs because of it.Have had the car 6 months and the one minor issue we had Chris went above and beyond to sort within the hour.

Wonderfully helpful team, I drove in, had test drive, traded old vehicle, all paperwork done and drove out in my new car in an hour or so. These gentlemen are so helpful and are not pushy. I highly recommend this place.

The Metro salesman insisted he came on a test drive, with me being a middle aged woman with an absolutely clean driving record. He had my DL details and my undamaged car was parked in front. I should have been warned by the start, as he told me I had to turn left because Blenheim Road was a one way. Duh! Like I could not see the road divider, plus by the position I had parked in, it was obvious I had just driven down that road! And it got worse! At one stage in the 10 minute test drive, he told me I was in the right hand lane while going straight through a double round about, which was a absolute lie. So he yelled at me to turn left, which I did. He then told me to get out of the driver's seat as HE was going to drive back. The only explanation I can find for his rude and chauvinistic treatment is that he believed I was an unsafe driver, simply and ONLY because I am female. I doubt he would treat a man in such an unprofessional way (using untruths and condescension) - he would probably get punched! So, if you are female try another dealership, unless you enjoy being humiliated and insulted.

Chris at Metro cars was excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable regarding EV's. My EV developed a small issue a week after I'd purchased it and he quickly resolved the issue the same day while giving me a loan car. I recommend Chris and Metro cars if you're considering an EV.
