On several occasions we have used this store for homeware such as dinner sets and other items to suit our home. It carries stock which enables you to buy items that you need to replace when one item of a set is accidentally damaged.

We were looking for a new washing machine and intending to go to a couple of stores in the Albany area, glad we went here first. The staff were so helpful and gave us a fantastic deal that we didnt have to go elsewhere. The washing machine was delivered the next day - you cant ask for better service. If you are shopping for appliances, then make this your first stop.

Although this Farmers is not as large as the others and I only caters for Furniture and appliances. The staff are always available to help. With other Farmers it is hard to find someone that can help you.Big thanks for all the help when deciding what is best to buy.

The worst manager ever, *I cannot return your item otherwise I need to write it off. * I just wonder what is it relate to me. The name is Lxxxxx. The worst of worst. OMG. She also told me , they does not sell this item. The photo took in the shop, what a lixzxxx , I just cannot believe it

The home furniture team at Farmers Albany Home were very helpful and informative. They provided great advice on certain sale items and then when the item I purchased failed to fit up the stairs of my home, they bent over backwards to provide solutions. I can’t thank you enough and I am very impressed by Farmer’s customer service, when some other stores may have simply walked away after the sale was made.

I was in farmers Albany today trying to get some lip gloss, when visited Chanel counter, the sales girl asked if I needed any help, I told her I would have a look at the products first when I need help I will let her know. Then she stands next to me watching over on us the whole time. I felt I’ve been judged because we went after dinner and dressed very casual, I feel I have been watched as a theft!!! I’m very annoyed and will never buy from Chanel farmers again.

The lady doing the ordering mucked up delivery of the dining table. So pls take extra care and check the invoice before leaving counter.
