Once they take your money, they dont seem interested in talking to you. Bought a $2.5k bike and it has issues. Messaged, rung, emailed. Nothing. Was going to buy a treadmill off them but luckily I found out how bad the backup service is. Wouldn't shop there again. - and you took 1 year to respond. Wow. Don't worry about it - I paid someone to fix it.

Excellent store and Awesome customer experience at Elite Fitness Wellington. Dave guided us with selection of right product for our family and also guided us on how to install and use it. Big Thank you.

Buying an exercise bike turned into a fiasco, from the moment I ordered it through the two times I had to return it for defects. I was always having to chase them for updates as the weeks went by, never getting any contact from the store. The final straw came with their third attempt at getting me a working bike, which never even left the store for delivery despite having confirmed time and date days earlier. I had enough and just asked for a refund.Plus points for friendly store staff and regional manager who always answered the phone and seemed genuinely annoyed at the service I was receiving. Refund was quick too... but all I ever wanted was a working exercise bike.

Awesome service. I was looked after from the moment I arrived till I was finished purchasing my goods. Very knowledgeable salesman who made sure I got exactly what I needed

ZERO stars. Worst customer service we have ever received in our (long) lives for any product or purchase. As soon as you buy the machine, you can forget about hearing from Elite Service. Listed emails (local or country) on their website don’t seem monitored. You will literally wait years (yep, not kidding) & stil receive no response. No courtesy or acknowledgement whatsoever. We had to go physically to the only site in our region to find out about a service form online. Weeks have past, still nothing. WASTE OF OUR TIME. If you have a family, serious about getting fit, need the machine for your health and wellbeing, FORGET them.

Actually -5 stars. They do everything to avoid guarantee. Sent a company they did a job of 10 min and were just rude and make us feel guilty that the expensive treadmill we bought had a defect, treadmill still not working, but send a invoice over 194.00$. Got told the treadmill wasn't lubricated enough, another company I called denied that it was a fault of no lubrication. Scott Black from elite responded in an absolut rude and arrogant manner. Definitely won't recommend buying from them.

It’s nothing to do with the customer service but please make sure your drivers drive safely on the road. They might need to relearn their driving lessons. Check mirrors and look before change lanes. Almost got hit by your company car.

Only one star because you can't put no star.Partner and I had bought an expensive exercise bike with these folks, went well for almost a year, and then shortly before end of warranty it started making scratching sounds.We called in, luckily within warranty, but person on phone told us to bring it back in. It's a heavy bike and we live down a steep set of stairs. Asked for a call out and they want to charge us $150 due to staff issues". We literally live 10mins far away. We declined that offer

Had awesome experience with the team ay Elite Fitness in Wellington. Told them what I was after and they gave me the right product that suited me. They delivered to my house and set it up on the day and time they said they would. Then I had a couple of technical issues with the home gym that I brought and I rang the team at Elite and they sent their technician out a few days later to fix which he did. Customer service was awesome, delivery of and the actual product was awesome. Definitely going back for some extras soon. Awesome!!

Went into store 6 weeks ago with an issue I had with a tread mill purchased through Wellington Elite Fitness super store.No service, just told to log fault onto Elite Fitness website. I did. Four weeks later still no reply. Emailed Wellington Store 3 days ago. Still no reply. I actually spent over 100k in last few years putting together a gym. But shouldn't matter if I spent 1k.I only write reviews when service is at its worst. One star for this business is too generous. I wont be back.Have found a shop in Nelson with another brand that has much better quality.
