While researching potential companies and service fees for a damaged external hard drive, I came across TechMasters who were extremely responsive and offered good value for money services. It wasn't the hard drive I cared too much about, and most competitors warned that the hard drive won't be operable once opened. Therefore, I really only wanted my data to be recovered. However, once Keith explained what had gone wrong and that he was able to fix the hard drive AND make my data accessible at the same time I was stoked! On top of that, the final fee was jaw-droopingly low which was a really lovely surprise. Lastly, when opening the parcel that contained my hard drive, Keith had also sent a new USB cable with it.
