Came in tonight to the burger fuel at the base. staff seemed very unwelcoming didn't seem to want to help a customer who was have difficulty, my partner mentioned to the girl at the front counter about it girl just shrugged and ignored them. Food not as good either pretty disappointing won't be coming back to this store

Our server Katy was super friendly and helpful. Our meal was delicious. Restaurant was very busy with a pumping atmosphere. Will definitely eat here again. Keep up the great work Katy!

Went in for the first time today after hearing such good things, the poor girl with pink hair working front counter looked unwell or in pain and didn't seem to have any help.Doesn't seem to be very hygienic to have ill staff working around food. Seems poorly run to say the least.

Free parking at The Base for this Burger Fuel branch, wheelchair accessible with toilets. Plenty of seating inside and a few small tables outside also. Friendly staff, tasty food and very filling but wait times and prices are little on the high side.

Super clean and the staff are lovely. Food is a bit more on the pricier side however its definitely worth it as the quality is top notch. Super nice service and the facilities are great as well.

It takes a lot for myself to write a review about a place however,Been to quite a few burger fuels and this is definitely the worst one I’ve been too. I would recommend going to another burger fuel but not the one at the base. Staff are extremely rude and Just throw your order on the table and storm off unlike all the other burger fuels I’ve been to were the staff are great positive and welcoming. Food subpar cold chips as they are bulk cooking them and sitting them under the warmer. Fenders we’re dryBurger Fuel the base you have a lot to improve.

Delicious organic and filling burgers. Everything melts in your mouth. Service is great and there are seats inside and outside the venue. The prices are worth the value and if you get a meal the aioli is rich and creamy. This store holds up well to the burger fuels based in Sydney.
