Absolutely amazing service. Had an accident just before Christmas and they were able to replace my door for me super last minute, meaning I could still visit family. Went back for some more repairs and they were amazing. Everything looks great and they cleaned it too. A bit of a wait for a courtesy car, but that just shows how popular they are. Quoted me way less than anyone else too. 100% will go back to them if I need to.

Awesome communication and experience. Very prompt at following up and booking in our repair. When we picked our car up we saw some additional scratches close to the damaged area had also been fixed up. Very happy with service and result and would highly recommend!

This is a RAVE ReviewExceptional service. Courteous, helpful people who explained clearly the full process to me in language I understand. Clearly explained the booking in process and when the car would be returned. Excellent quality job and the car looked like it was straight out of the factory when I got it back. Not the first repair they have done for me; some insurance and some I paid for but always the same high quality attention. I always recommend Action Collision Care to people who need this service.

I almost wanted to write a bad review to this repair shop if not of this man that I think he is the owner or manager of this shop who fixed the seatbelt that wrapped around under one of my backseats. My car was stolen and they repaired it but I was like, went back 3 times to their shop because I found something that still need to be fixed. Im already frustrated. The last time I brought my car was the seatbelt problem, and I was impressed by this man showing no hesitations to sort things out. Very professional. Simple things you did took away my frustration. The lady in the reception is very helpful too.

They replaced a bumper under insurance. Picked the car up after work after hours to find out that indicator light doesn't work anymore after the bumper was replaced. I am screwed now because they are not open until Monday morning and I have to go out of town so need the car. Never going to use again.

Excellent communication and service, repairs were done efficiently and to a high standard with a loan car provided for the duration which was three days. My car was even groomed inside and out as a complimentary service. I would highly recommend Action Collision for all your panel beating and painting needs.
