This clinic is absolutely amazing. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. You couldn't get any better. Joju is amazing and a wizard at extractions - such an asset to Blenheim, please let him know if you can! You feel welcome the moment you fit in the door and I highly reccomend Seymour Smiles to everyone. You can have confidence in this dentist. Best service I've recieved.

My partner and I have been attending this clinic for about three years and have always had very good treatment for a diversity of issues. I have attended Lumino clinics elsewhere for many years.

I was so impressed with my service today from the lovley reception lady to the dentist. I went in for a consultation as a new patient for a xray. thinking I would need another app to get a extraction or filling, the dentist didn't want to waste time or my money as he said and done a tooth extraction (didn't try talk me into a root canal which alot of dentists do lol) . He was very welcoming and accomadating. I was nervous as I read some reviews on here about him talking about things that were irrelevant to the app, I'm assuming that was him trying to start conversation. I will definitely be back. Also was absolutely painless.

Awful service & would never go back to this dentist. Happy with the prognosis that there was nothing wrong with my teeth but the dismissive nature of the dentist who never even so much as introduced himself upon my arrival or asked how he could help/the reason for my visit just pointed for me to sit in a chair and open my mouth. He basically told me that my toothache issue was a psychological problem due to grinding and he grinds his teeth when stressed, proceeded to tell me a longwinded story about how he made his own tooth guard in his laboratory in another country and didn't believe in them (which is what my previous dentist in the UK gave me). Along with his most recent problem from grinding his teeth due to a 3 hour procedure on a patient that had a screw stuck in a filling - absolutely irrelevant to the reason for my appointment and not sure he should be talking about other patients to me! Never had a bad dental experience in my life and disappointed this is the first. Will not visit this dentist or another Lumino Branch for this reason, customer service is easily achieved but not here!

I was a first time patient after a number of bad experiences with dentist. The dentist at Lumino was awesome. He gave me options and didn't pressure me into something I couldn't afford. I had to have an extraction and it was the least painful I've experienced. It was fully healed very quickly because he was thorough - no little chips to work their way out, etc. I'm very pleased.
