Lots of great designer items, and on sale days, there are great discounts! Bought a pair of shoes a few days ago from this store. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some designer items. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The most beautiful retail and hospitality experience I have had in New Zealand. World class offering, incredible fit out, exquisite product offering and exceptional service. A true destination that has redefined the retail and hospitality experience in New Zealand. One would think they were in Paris or New York.

A very special place, promoting and successfully executing a wonderful experience. A special mention to Caleb today, who made us feel very welcome, listened and suggested alternatives to items we were interested in.Go in, take a look - it's definitely the most luxurious spot in Auckland / New Zealand for a glass of fine Champagne, but it's very cool and very welcoming to anyone who is keen on learning / admiring / purchasing the finer things.

Beautiful store.. however really disappointed in the slack service. My partner had ordered and paid for some shoes for my birthday and we were told that they would call us as soon as they arrive in the country. A month had passed and no word. When we called to follow up they said that unfortunately they weren’t in the delivery.. only to then be told that they had been sitting there all along in the stock room. I could of just ordered from Neiman Marcus which would of been a lot quicker and for future shopping will go else where for better service.

I absolutely adore the Faradays experience. From the moment you step through the door you are transported to a luxury aesthetic that is timeless and beautiful. International brands Loewe, Alaïa Givenchy, Alexander Vauthier La Perla, Bordelle and many more grace the luxury fit out of this store designed by Cheshire Architects. The champagne bar is where the fun continues with a fabulous selection of exquisite champagnes also available by the glass. The service is exceptional with warm and knowledgeable advice… my new favourite fragrance was found for me after one such discussion. My go to gifts for friends are the range of Loewe candles. Faradays is a true international store experience.
