I just have good things to talk about them. Great service, good quality for the price you pay - we got 3 bedrooms, one dining set and one couch (downtown). Both beds and dining set were in stock and ready to go. The estimated time for the couch was 8 weeks but it arrives in just 4 weeks - we are really happy with the service and the furniture. Highly recommended!

Have been thinking of buying from here for about 4 weeks now, went in store today then the guy got busy so we left and thought we would buy on line instead. After reading all the negative reviews regarding delivery we have decided not to purchase here and will go elsewhere. Seems a shame as we have a whole house to furnish and they have nice furniture! Reviews are everything now days so if i were them i would be offering prompt reliable delivery times!

I have had nothing but trouble with this company when I brought a dining suite in Feb. It's now October and there's been so many issues and still not 100% sorted. Phone calls and complaints fall on deaf ears, if any ears at all. They really don't care about customers so if you are thinking of buying anything from here I have just 1 piece of advice..... DON'T!!!(The 1 star is because I had to to be able to post this review, but I certainly wouldn't give them even half a star!)

I ordered a mattress from these monkeys 6 weeks ago and still don’t have it,have talked 3 times now on the phone asking where it is and you still don’t know.You are not even worthy of a one star but I had to click on a star for feedback.Never ever will I buy from here again

Estara was fantastic to deal with. We received our lounge suite prior to the date stated and are thrilled with it. Delivery to our town was all organized by Nelson Big Save and it was easy.

Bought some barstools on line via Big Save web site but realised they were the wrong height. It was no problem to return the items and reorder another type. Sam was very obliging and friendly and they were delivered to store promptly.
