Easy Ear Care
Excellent service, I would highly rate the service and care that Samantha does for her customers. I have been there twice and both times I have been very happy. She explains fully what she is going to do, she is knowledgeable and explains why things happen to your ears and how it relates to your hearing. She is really friendly, and quickly makes you feel comfortable about what you are having done to your ears. I will be going back there in the future and I would recommend her to anyone. Samantha is a life saver! This was my second time visiting as i have got my hearing aid dome stuck in my ear and she has gently retrieve them. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained what she was doing as well as showing me what she was useing . I have also used the booking system was very straight forward and I would recommend Easy Ear Care to everyone!

I have seen Samantha twice now and both times she has been awesome. She is gentle and efficient at removing compacted wax. She is willing to go above and beyond in problem solving, and is very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Samantha was super accommodating and booked me last minute after my ear became blocked whilst on holiday. Clearly knows her stuff and explained each step of what she was doing and gave me some recommendations specific to my ears that no other ear health clinic had suggested before.Super friendly. Would absolutely recommend her services.

Samantha has been super accomodating booking me in right at the very last minute. I had a blocked ear 3days before the holiday period starts, so I rang her office and she’s been very kind to squeeze me in in her already busy schedule. Such a life saver! Really good at explaining the process, very detailed and patient too. I highly recommend. I will be back here for a regular clean. Thanks Samantha.

I had a wonderful consultation with Sam from Easy Ear Care!! She was absolutely outstanding in her explanation of my ear care giving me tons of options to consider. She did this in a gentle way that was the opposite to pressure. She used easy language and repetition when required. I feel a whole lot happier with the best way forward on my hearing journey. Samantha is a life saver! I made a last minute booking as I woke up with a blocked ear. With quick succession, I was booked in for that morning and treated with great care.
