Always a friendly greeting and a smile when you walk in. They have a great selection of orchids. If you can't find it ask! Dog friendly too!

Bought a led strip for my gaming setup originally selling for $200 and they were selling it for only $99 dollars, it was in perfect condition and was brilliant quality.This place exists in such a small town yet it’s like nothing I’ve ever seenNot only that but their service is brilliant and are extremely friendly!Absolutely recommend this place.

Great store - well stocked for the size of the store with everything you need for that quick fix it job, or that one thing you forgot to grab... And prices are really reasonable even though they have a bit of a captive market. Strongly recommend popping in instead of a long drive to a big box store. Oh, and it's locally owned!!!

After searching for a sports pump for several minutes spanning at least two shops in Waipu, we were greeted by a warm smile at Hammer Hardware. I knew immediately this would be the place our search would come to an end as one of the fantastic employees gladly took matters into his own hands. He efficiently pumped our ball with compressed air to a perfect pressure. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, felt very welcomed and can’t wait to return. Thanks Waipu Hammer Hardware!

Move over Arkwright, you've got serious competition. Everything garden shaped can be found here. Plus kitchen shaped. And Books. Did I mention books??? It's the perfect spot to while away at least 25 minutes of your life. And the staff are just awesome.
