I wish I could give them zero stars.Very poor service.I booked a phone consultation appointment for my child on a Friday. The doctor never called and the weekend is coming what should I do with the sick child? Why are we registered with a GP?Very disappointing.

We have moved to West Auckland a year ago but still goes to this clinic - we are very happy to travel 20 minutes to go here. Clean facility and friendly staff (all - doctors, nurses and receptionists). Doctors are always very attentive to my concern.

Really disappointed with their service and won't recommend anyone to go there!!!My partner registered with them about two years ago and prob only went there a couple times. Well..we don't need to go if we are not sick right?! He remembered there was something happened last time and he was considering changing to another GP but couldnt remember exactly what.He got sick a couple days ago and just thought he'd still call them and book an appointment with them.The person who picked up the phone said well..yes you registered but you havent come to us for a while

Very disappointed with the receptionists. My partner called in well in advance to make a booking to get our daughter a second shot of MMR earlier, due to the outbreak in Auckland. They told her the earliest vaccine appointment can only be made 1.5 weeks later, which was fine and we agreed on. However, on arrival the first bell rung when instead of a Nurse appointment it somehow now was a Doctor appointment. And somehow there were no vaccine for us.TLDR: explicitly making vaccine appointment over the phone, being told to wait 1.5 weeks, arriving on scheduled date - there is no vaccine.

Amazing clinic, Sheryl is a fantastic knowledgeable doctor, the nurses are well informed and lovely staff all round. Very accommodating. I no longer live on the shore but still use this practice as I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Browns Bay Family Doctors
Have been coming here maybe 6-7 years and have been generally very happy. I haven't personally found the wait time to be a problem and the doctors I have seen (particularly Sheryl and Shashi) have been friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. They have made me feel heard and valued and have been happy to discuss alternatives options rather than just prescribing unnecessary meds. We did have one encounter with a nurse recently who we felt was trying to push us in a certain direction without hearing us out and have sometimes found reception a little tricky to get hold of, but can't fault the doctors.

I called up to make an appointment for my younger brother in my care after high recommendation about the doctors there - the receptionist was so rude and abrupt with me and was not helpful in taking me through any type of enrollment process or even willing to try - she told me to go to Shore Care. At one point she even interrupted me speaking and cut me off without willing to listen. Starting at reception this lady has made this experience very unpleasant and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

The worst practice. This coming from a previous 3rd world country resident. They never have Dr's available, they never answer their phones. When you get in to see them, waiting 2 weeks, you are not sick any more or they give you the wrong medicine, that doesn't work and you need to wait weeks again.Gave them 2 years to prove themselves but its everytime been the worst experience.

If I had a choice I would give you no stars but had to give you at least one. You have been an absolute failure messing up with my prescriptions and today has been the last straw. I will be enrolling at a different clinic.
