Was very pleased when I left Omahu Road Dental the other day. All the staff were polite and respectful. Dr June Fraser was very informative, taught me basic flossing and brushing techniques that I hadn't known my whole life or been taught. Highly recommend this dentist, unbeatable prices and amazing customer service. I have been coming to this dentist for years and will continue to do so. Thank you team at Omahu Road Dental!

The most unfriendly, unprofessional, rude, receptionist I have ever heard in my life. Matches their price for treatment. I definitely won’t be recommending this service to anyone. Suggestion: All staff on board there need to take up professional development in sociocultural approach & respectful practices. Reflection on practice equals impoved quality practice. Go figure.

I have decided to choose a 1 star rating due to the fact that I had work done last year. For almost a year now one tooth they had worked on has done nothing but caused me pain and grief. I had tryd to rebook to have this sorted and there phone service required to ring back a week from then. Very unprofessional. They have been great in the past but in pain for almost a year should just not be happening if work had been done on my tooth already, that's more time, effort and money that could be spared! I have decided to change dentist I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this. Dentist are not cheap so I expect to get my money's worth.

If could I would give o stars the receptionist is not professional at all tell me how she would punch me in the face and running me out side the door all because I ask why they are not doing winz quotes this week she was so rude saying because we're not. Dental lady is lovely tho and way to afraid to go back in and pay my bill.
