Kerryn is such talented physiotherapist - excellent at identifying the exact tissues needing treatment and designing a rehab and exercise program to restore function. And brilliant at massage to stimulate healing. On top of that Kerryn is a total professional with a warm and caring personality.

Went to see Jimmy the Physio for my knee. Great attention to detail with a personalised plan. Would recommend!

Efficient administration and no wait for an appointment. They did all the ACC paperwork. The clinical assessment and delivery of physical therapy was awesome. Everything explained very well. Could not be happier with this experience.

I saw a Registrar and then a specialist after waiting 7 weeks for an appointment. The consult with the registrar was thorough and he expressed several theories as to what was causing my pain. The specialist who I saw for 15 minutes at the end of the consult looked at my foot and did some movement checks which hurt and I feel have set me back weeks. Since this appointment I am back to having daily pain. Really disappointed.

I have been here for around 7 weeks now and every time my physio is always late and the $35 Acc appointment is never longer than 15 minutes. While I usually don't like to complain, I get the impression that with my physio that everything is done to the bare minimum which includes the effort and enthusiasm by my physio within the appointments. I have also been mucked around with times and have had an appointment delayed by half an hour without being told or any apologies.

Keryn is awesome! Had a torn ACL and meniscus damage. She has supported me through prehab exercises to prepare for surgery and rehab. Great availability, professional and knows her stuff! Highly recommend

Julie is absolutely amazing! She gives fantastic advice, and always reminds me of the great progress ive made when im feeling frustrated with the timing it takes to repair and injury. She's practical and insightful and im so glad I was recommended to her by my friend!

We had come to CSM with high hopes late last year to treat my daughter's heel pain as they came highly recommended by a family friend in the industry. Sadly, Jake and team were not thorough in running crucial tests to truly understand the underpinning cause of my daughter's heel pain and how this connected and affected her archiles. She was given heel raises to perform which she did diligently - but provided little improvement. Her new physio is so thorough (even called Capital Sports to enquire how they hadn't run certain tests). The thing is my daughter loves netball and aspires to do this professionally and is on the pathway. Unfortunately, she has missed a lot this season because she hasn't been able to perform at her best. We are now finally on the right rehab course with a physician who cares and motivated by my girls dreams.
