I had my hair cut and coloured here in November 19- I got a grab one voucher and was pleasantly surprised with how good the colour was particularly- she blended it very well and it looked super natural. The haircut was ok but certainly not bad or anything. Overall was a good experience

Normally I like to write good review, however this was an interesting one. I had Grab one voucher for cut with colour or balayage. They charged me extra 40 dollars on top of that. That was fine as she reasoned her way into it by saying i need more colour so she said 35 but at the end she charged 40. So kept adding to the tally.I don't mind the price, however I am not happy as the color is not what I had asked its mostly yellow. Not a few shades lighter than my natural. Also its not a well spread balayage I can actually see the inconsistent lines in which the color shades change.hairdresser herself was nice however I think she requires better judgment as my hair needed more time with color after it was bleached to get rid of the yellow. Basically i have to tie my beautiful hair everyday now as i'm not happy with it.Also, she tried to wrap up and said you don't need a blow out so I felt that I didn't.Overall unfinished work. Probably due to Grab-one voucher.

Quick service, never loved my hair more, such good value for such a great service! I often pay tripple for a fancy saloon and don’t walk out as happy as I felt after getting my hair done here. Thank you!

Do not recommend.I went to this place and she cut off 3 and 1/2 inches off my long hair (went down to my waist) when I asked for a trim and wanted JUST half an inch off the bottom. My hair is thick and curly and she did a blunt cut with no layers to my shoulders. My hair now needs to be seen by someone else to put layers in it and the overall price was already $80 over the grab one deal price, due to extra bleach or something.I got a balayage as well and it was clear it needed more toning but I can deal with a half done colour/bleach job as I toned it myself with purple shampoo and it wasn’t half as bad as the hair cut itself.Please do yourself a favour and don’t go here, the hairdresser was nice and the experience was overall comfortable however the haircut was unsettling and half the time I didn’t know what was going on.

Purchased their grabone voucher and was charged extra for toner which I initially didn't mind. The lady was nice. I wanted a blonde balayage, showed her pictures of what I had in mind and specifically said I wanted it natural-looking and not streaky.What I ended up with was streaky hair that didn't blend down nicely. The colour was just weird and dull, my hair looked worse than when I arrived and regretted ever getting it done.I had to save up to pay for it to get fixed a month later at another salon. The exact same thing also happened to my friend.Would not recommend this salon for anything blonde related.

Jin did an amazing job with my hair. I had never died my hair before so she made some informative comments on what I wanted and some suggestions to ensure I got the desired result. And she was right. I ended up loving what she did to my hair. Taught me ways to blow dry it that I’d never heard before that suited my hair. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised.

If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would. I brought their cut and colour GrabOne voucher, which I was super super excited for as I had never dyed my hair before, and was going to an event that night.Although the salon itself was nice, the professionalism was far from it. Jun was my stylist (and also the manager/owner), who started my appointment off with telling me how unenthused she was to be at work (which is a great start). She then did not look at the examples I had, and proceeded to start colouring. I asked if we could chat about the cut and style I wanted, but she said wait until the end.Long story short, instead of the highlights I asked for, I was given balayage. And instead of a light brown colour, my hair was now ORANGE. I explained this wasn't what I wanted, where she told me it was just the lighting.When she began cutting I asked for it to be short, which she snapped at me that I should have told her at the start of the appointment (which I tried to). She did not cut my hair how I wanted, and instead just cut the bottom layer super short. I also asked for my bangs to be trimmed, and showed her multiple photos of what they were before, to which she replied that she 'didn't understand' and cut them how she wanted. I now have to grow out these bangs.Jun then did not try to rectify the issue until the next week, and was extremely rude and hard to confront. I have since had to pay $230 at another salon to fix my damaged hair.Please spend your hard-earned money at a deserving salon.
