Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Chartwell Westfield

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with this company and I must say, they exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with warmth and kindness from their incredible staff. Oscar in particular was amazing, he truly listened to my needs and worked hard to find the perfect solution for me. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for exceptional service and top-notch glasses. Thank you for providing such an amazing experience!

Will not be going back too Specsavers! Got a confirmation call on Friday evening. The guy on the phone at 4 55pm was abrupt and rude! And didn't even say goodbye , he just ended the phone call. I'm disgusted at how I was spoken too! You should NOT employ people who don't have common decency or people skills!I went too my app at 9 40am on Saturday as I have also had good experiences at that store. The guy who did my eye scan and optometrist were excellent. After that the guy Ben wasn't helpful or really nice or smiled or understanding of my circumstances. Felt like I was he couldn't wait too move onto the next customer. Like I was just another number he had too get through. Disgusting !

Excellent customer service in Chartwell. I was 10 minutes late because I underestimated Hamilton traffic as I live in Morrinsville. The team fitted me in and I wasn't late for my next appointment either. It made the difference between me wanting to remain with this company. Excellent!

Nope wont be going back, the customers service is very poor. No lack of welcoming from the assistance name Guy. The approach was terriable and will be letting my followers on social media how poor customer service is there because of the Assistance name Guy.

Brought my two sons in for their eye test with Nikhal the optometrist. So very impressed with his thorough examination of the boys. He was so patient in explaining all the questions we had as well giving us exercises for the boys to do at home.He also was happy to see us the next day during his break to go over the prescription with their dad.We then saw Jessica for some frames for one of the boys and she was so lovely as well with the boys. Joking around to make them feel comfortable. So very impressed and thank you for making it such a lovely experience.

Always assisted by helpful and kind staff, who have been exceptional without exceptions through all my visits in the last years. I broke one lens on my very needed working glasses, and they replaced it on the spot at no charge. But they have been consistently fabulous in many other ways. I thought it was about time that I remember to put a comment like this somewhere, to send them a big thanks!

I had a fitting today with Jasmine, her customer service was amazing and she was so thorough and ensured all of my glasses fit well and explained the process of how they make them fit.I have been going to specsavers for years and have never had this level of service I truly appreciate it.
