Can’t really rate these guys more highly. Friendly in-store and had all the info I needed. Back home to Wellington, ordered online and received a nice little package with a bow on top two days later. Thanks team! The pup loves her new jacket.

Perhaps some of the nicest people in retail, and insanely knowledgeable.They made me feel very at ease, and the gear is the best available in New Zealand. I recommend them over any other outdoor gear provider.

Went to get running shoes. Fantastic. Knowledgeable+++ staff. Friendly, great interaction, wanting to serve and happy to. (Not like the other store I went to, no one else in the shop, 3 staff members, one said hello. No one offered assistance, walked out and went to Further Faster.)I will return, would strongly recommend calling in for any sport equipment assistance.

Wow! This is our first time ordering through FurtherFaster and what a great experience it has been! We'd give 50 stars if we could! Simply an outstanding service from start to finish with great communication and lightning quick delivery! We made our order on a miserable Sunday morning and the coats arrived first thing Tuesday. What outstanding customer service! Further Faster are very knowledgeable and stand by the products they sell. Recently, I bought a headlamp from them online and there was an issue with it. No worries! They bent over backwards to sort it and have sent me a replacement. Thank you to Morgane and team. It gives me real confidence to purchase from them again. A great product offering too.
