Pizza Hut Taita
Easy ordering online which allows you to pay in store. We arrived at the store and our order was ready. Pizzas and garlic bread were delicious. Loved the cheesy garlic crust on one of our pizzas. The dough was very crispy.

Disappointing. The Super Supreme pizza was a dried-out misery (see photo) and I got no idea what happened to the advertised tasty Italian sausage

Got order wrong. Had ordered a pizza with no Pineapple. The worker was going to pick pineapple pieces off the pizza. In the end made a new pizza. I asked where was the Apricot pizza they had leave off the sauce. I am glad I checked.Felt like nobody knew what they were doing. Hopefully they get things sorted.

Ordered for delivery, after the food not having arrived for nearly an hour after delivery time took 30 minutes to get a hold of someone at the store. Order was still at the store and person that answered had no idea what was going on or what she was doing. I asked for a refund and she replied with “ahhhh I can’t.. I don’t know…”. Took our money but never god our food… don’t order from here :)

Placed order for delivery that never turned up. Took over 2 hours to get through to the store to find out what was going on. Turns out They were unable to deliver due to traffic, but didn't bother to call or txt an update. Took over a week to get a refund which involved multiple phone calls and ended up with having to go into the store.

Not only one hour late, Paided for XL Hawaiian stuff crust with extra pineapple & cheese. What we received was a large Hawaiian pan crust pizza. This is horrible and rip off.

The most appalling pizza business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.Pizza was delivered over 2 hours late. Called the shop and a girl that sounded no older than 12 answered with hello". She couldn't assist on cancelling my order or telling me how much longer it would take as the manager was out delivering. Then the order arrives 15 minutes later and it is totally incorrect. The driver (manager I assume) said "we didn't have what you ordered so I replaced it" with this and that. The sides I ordered weren't with the order either.Sent him away and he said he would organise a refund

I’m really sad to say but the service at Taita Pizza Hut is inconsistent and most of the time has been atrocious and appalling. I think there’s a real lack of professionalism and management in this store which is a real shame for the community. Often online ordering is unavailable at Taita and the inconvenience of having to visit the store has been a further let down because you turn up and the staff have said “sorry no more orders” and this is during peak hour?! There is so much potential here for Taita Pizza Hut to thrive with the many visitors to either Walter Nash Stadium or Ricoh Sports Centre. It’s a one star rating for the one time our sizeable order was correct, on time and delivered with a smile.

Do not get pizza from this place, pizza was delivery and arrived 30 minutes late and the pizzas that arrived were gross.. a blind man with no hands could of pieced together a pizza better then whats been delivered the toppings were barely existent on all 3 pizzas and some of the slices were dry because of it. who wants a dry pizza? Not me.
