I arrived at Carter's whangarei at 4.25 PM Thursday after first calling to make sure the product I wanted was in stock only to be greeted by a yardman who clearly was not happy that he would have to shift other materials out of the way to access what I wanted .not the first time I've been made to feel like this at carters and I've been a trade customer for many years
