Greedy snobby you have to pay $5 just to have your blood pressure checked. Other pharmacies don't charge. Won't be getting scripts from this uncaring place anymore.. Sad they feel superior and discriminate over sick unfortunate people. Bad customer care.

Really petty, unprofessional behaviour from staff and completely lacking common sense. I was due for my booster, had booked it, had a confirmation text and fit all the criteria. Staff couldn't use the system, quibbled over the details, argued with each other and eventually I gave up.I called the vaccine 0800 line and was confirmed as eligible that day for my vaccine. Talk about turning a simple booster shot into an unnecessarily complicated mess.I will go to elsewhere.

Waste of time and money! Took my daughter there to get her passport photo taken, 1st photo wasnt up to standards according to the nz passport requirement. So went back there again to get it done again… today i received an email saying photo is not right still. So frustrating especially i really need my child’s passport sorted ASAP and this pharmacy’s LACK OF KNOWLEDGE is delaying the process. Why even advertise that you guys could do passport photos when none of you there really knows how to! Dont go to this place. Such a rip off and waste of time!

A lil understaffed at times but great pharmacist and v.helpful,they have let me use phone,sent faxes all without charge &v.useful,convenient within short walking distance,first script took a while,but suppoz they just making sure they get it right double-check you have right medication great choice of gifts and alternative medicines vitamins&gifts

I had to send a fax to Australia - after spending 4 fruitless hours searching around the city to find a fax, I thought as a last resort to try this pharmacy. SOooo lucky I did as they helped me tremendously - especially the young lady in the dispensary whose service was as priceless as her smile !!. I would be back here in a heartbeat and encourage others to do the same

Gave me very limited supply of medication (other chemists have provided x3 the amount) and told to come back for repeat. Then I find out they're only open from 9-6 which means I have to get to work late after collecting my repeat. Won't be going back.
