Could not fault them, the quality of dresses is amazing, they arrive quickly and even made to size dresses are whipped with speed and precision. I am absolutely in love with my dress and can't wait to be able to order my dresses from Baby's Breath Bridesmaids when I get married.Also, so easy to communicate with and they get back to you super quickly. Could not highly recommend enough! If I could do more than 5 stars I would.

Baby's Breath dresses are fantastic. Beautiful styles to choose from, nicely made and beautiful feeling material, and reasonably priced. The sample boxes are very helpful. The service I received overall was phenomenal. The first product I sent was damaged, and the team were so apologetic and helpful, funding my return of the dress and sending me a new one very quickly. I would recommend Baby's Breath Bridesmaids with no hesitation.

I can't tell you how much I am impressed by every part of ordering. The item ordered on a Friday night arrived first thing Tuesday morning. The idea to have a trial at home with no sweaty changing rooms or Auckland traffic is such a genius idea and made the decision a breeze. The quality of the product is also lovely and I'm so happy to have found something to wear so easily and that so easily adapts to my style

I found the service excellent, they keep me up to date with the delivery and availability of the dresses. The dresses were lovely. Very polite , warm and friendly contact.

If there hadn't have been a problem then this review would likely be similar to others. Once the dresses were ordered there was a fast delivery and they were packaged nicely. But that's where the positives stop. I wasn't able to order a sample box in the size I required as was informed they did not have a sample in this size despite offering these sizes for sale. Once received the dresses didn't fit either of my girls, one curvy and one slim. I took the dresses to an independent and respected dressmaker who told me it was not a size issue but a pattern issue as the cut was wrong for the fabric. When I advised the owner of this, my girls and I were insulted of both our intelligence (did we measure right?) and also my curvy friend being too big. I was offered a partial refund (return both dresses for price of one) which I did, in original condition, unworn. I chased this refund up 2 months after sending the dresses back, which were misplaced and then the offer to refund was rescinded. They have sent back the dresses at my request, to the wrong address but I luckily I have honest neighbours. I would not recommend as I feel the service is unprofessional. It takes a lot for me to be so unsatisfied as I have never posted a bad review but this takes the mickey. Buyer beware.
