Thank you Sonny!! I am very pleased in the first picture you can see the growth after 6 weeks and nothing chipped off. Came back today to get another layover and colour French tip. Love the service and Sunny is really good very meticulous.

One of the worst nail experiences i've had. Took my girls in this afternoon to get their nails & toes, communication was appalling when asking for their desired colours. No shaping was done when I asked for it, there was no clean up when they overpainted the girls cuticles.Our nail tech was also in an accident & no one did anything to help her!My eldest girl waited 45mins letting her nails air dry whilst her sister was getting her nails painted & we've just come home & one of her nails has wrinkled due to the second nail tech not allowing time for the first coat to properly dry (photos attached below)Just got off the phone with one of the staff about resolving this service & was told there was nothing that could be done. Seriously???$90 for below average service, wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone!

I came in all the way from Albany (since I had received a manicure from them a year ago and really liked it) and was thoroughly disappointed. I paid $160 total for an SNS manicure and two pedicures and asked for a design on my nails (the pictures are what I wanted vs what I got) that looks like a 5 year old drew it, I was quite shocked when she just threw it on there and didn’t really seem to care what it looked like. The pedicures weren’t any better, my friend had nail polish all over her toes and when she asked them to fix it they barley removed it. Towards the end of the session I just wanted to get out because it was obvious they didn’t want to do a good job with the nails. I’ve requested a refund and won’t be coming back, which is really unfortunate since I had a really good experience with them in Jan

I don’t understand how these people are trained, I went in and showed them a picture of the set of nails I wanted to get which was black ombré. I knew a lot of people don’t like it so I called ahead to ask the price, they said it would be $85 which I cross checked with other stores, I knew they weren’t the best but last time I came the nails I got turned out fine so I thought I’d try it again. However, my acrylic set was so much shorter than I wanted because I had literally a second to tell how long I wanted before she started cutting the nails and then on top of that the are all crooked and shaped wrong as well. The ombré isn’t even good, it almost looks like a solid black blob on the top of the nail… They also nipped my cuticles with the drill and cut the sides of my fingers with the file - WHICH HAS NOW BECOME REALLY BADLY INFECTED- like I get it if they told me they weren’t willing to do them due to the difficulty but crooked nails, being charged more than what I was quoted and infected fingers was definitely not worth it. I didn’t even have time to get a refund because as soon as the lady finished the waved me out of my seat to sweep and vacuum (after me waiting and hour to be helped) I’m so upset( my photos do not do it any justice it’s a lot worse irl)

Wow, I really wished I read the reviews before going. A very spur of the moment walk in and honestly, I’m so incredibly disappointed. The worse manicure I have received. I have a feeling the male who was doing my nails was in training? If trainees are on the floor, it should be stated and discounted. If paying full price, then you should receive a decent service. It first started with two gel colours being out, then him picking the old gel off with his nails, to him poorly shaping and ending with ugly nails. Another staff member came over to help shape as she overheard me trying to explain why it wasn’t right…unfortunately he couldn’t speak English, so an obvious language barrier. Overall, don’t come waste your time and money here...don’t get why it was packed when I walked in.

When I went in a couple of days ago, I showed them a picture of what I wanted. They tried to charge me $80 when it was just a simple nail. I even had to argue for them to change the price to $80 even for no acrylics or manicure, just a gel, and they still tried to charge me $80 a few months ago; I went in to get the same design I got a few days ago, and they charge me $45 which is way better! They need to improve customer service and stop charging people what they want instead of actually going with the prices that have already been on the price list, but in the end, I was able to pay $50. I was not happy at all!

Really bad experience with my gel manicure today. Left with messy ragged cuticles, uneven nails, bubbles in polish and polish all over my skin! Lighting is very dim instore and although super underwhelmed when I left, seeing them in broad daylight almost made me cry. The also charged upfront, so very hard to get your money back if you are not happy with their service. I wish I had gone to professionNail as always have a good experience there.

I was worried the place was going to be bad because of the reviews but I went in and got a natural looking sns dipping powder set and was happy with how it turned out. I got a very young and she was sweet to talk to and I am grateful for her work. She wasn’t at all rough and careless, she was very thorough.*** the first photo is what I wanted and the last two are what I got. They were out of the more neutral looking colour so I had to go more pinky but it looks great.

Horrible experience.First off I asked for French tip nails and was almost given the wrong service. I asked for ballerina shaped nails and got coffin! My nail had to be redone because the actual extension was showing through and the overall quality of my nails is ridiculous. Not happy with my experience and do NOT recommend. Not worth 70 dollars, I left with nails that I never asked for. I told them many times that I wanted French tip and coffin and they seemed to have ignored me.

Awful! Woman who done my wife’s nails was so unfriendly and rude! They have no customer service and just talk to each other, Rushed and nails are not good! Have woken up to them this morning actually hurting for how rough they were, do not recommend at all and wish I’d read the reviews first!
