Very underwhelming gelato. Unfortunately didn’t get to taste flavours so chose banofee and hazelnut and didnt taste much. Had it with the bubble waffle which cost $15.50 with two scoops. Would be nice if we had a choice in toppings as the sour lollie and jet planes do not match my flavours. A little awkward when the two coworkers speak foreign language under their breath looking as if they are talking about the customers.

They are lucky. Giving them a 1 is a generous review it should be more like a -1.first I ordered the same order and payed for the same thing but got less than one of my friends and then got told mine was just pushed down no!" I went back and ordered the same thing a day later and got more than the day before get the scoops right !. And also I found a black hair in my gelato they really should have capsss on let alone I was eating the hair before I noticed it I went up and told them. And got told to just "put it in the bin" no REFUND no ICE CREAM AND NO RESPECT"

The girl who work today at 5:24 on the 21/03/2021 was so rude!!!!!!!! I asked her I want to try ice cream flavor, cuz I never try before , she breath so loud and say to herself ohhh my God. I want to eat the ice cream but if the the staff is rude, I not gonna buy. She is Chinese working with other Chinese.Ties her hair . So I stop buying. The company lose customers. Please check the time and date hope the manager do something about it.Don't get Asian people to be in front of houseThey so rude, not even say hi to the customer

Why run a store if there is no staff working? All I wanted was to get a quick waffle and coffee but I waited for a while and there was no staff or even a sign saying be back soon terrible place never coming back if you can't be bothered to be here to attend to customers.

Very well presented, unfortunately the gelato tasted like cardboard. If you feel like gelato, go to the one at the rooftop level. Very dissatisfied and won't be going back to Amore

To be really honest the gelato dont taste good and I am sure about this cuz I have been there more than once and tried diffrent flavours. But their waffles are the best.. in the sense best waffles that I have ever eaten in my entire life. I would just go eat the gelato for their waffles. Customer service was alright.

Paid this for $9.50. For a double scoop gelato which is the same amount with a single scoop.This place is highly not recommended!
