These guys are quite simply excellent. I’ve been using them for years and they’ve never let me down. They turn up with my wood exactly when I want and exactly where I want. Their drivers are pleasant but also entirely on-task.

These guys are really good! Good prices and a good product. Great service and communication, and doing their bit for charity as well. Cant fault them!

Used this company for a few years now. Only ever had one problem due to a communication mix up and it was dealt with very well to everyone's satisfaction. Friendly and approachable owner and a cut above all of the other firewood companies we have dealt with over the years.

In level 4 lockdown, we had totally run out of wood and no where we could go locally had any, we were frozen! I found this company online and am so pleased that I did. They are excellent. The arranged the quickest delivery time and were here within days, the wood is amazing, really good quality, dry and burns amazingly, (we've had the wood burner for about 17 years and so have tried many companies in the past). They were really friendly, really professional and so helpful. This is by far the best service and absolutely the best wood we have ever got. We will definitely be using Ignition Firewood again. They are really far from us, so we can't collect and have to pay a delivery fee, but it is totally worth it. Just wish I'd found them sooner!!!

Excellent product and amazing customer service. Good quality dry firewood. We get bagged wood delivered every couple of weeks. I get confirmation of delivery day/time and staff call ahead. They drop the bagged wood off the truck and stack it neatly. They really care. I'm very impressed.

Have been ordering our firewood from the guys at ignition for two years now. Can't fault them, delivery always on time, great drivers more than happy to accommodate on where we like the wood dropped. Mixture of hard and softwood works great for us

They have always delivered good firewood to exactly where I wanted it, placed how I wanted it placed, by a friendly and helpful person.I've saved a bunch of money by ordering unseasoned wood early and letting the Summer heat and wind do its work. Meanwhile, the garden smells lovely from the cut wood! Any that I don't burn is useful in the garden for edging.I was very proud of my stacking last year, but I'm going to try out their pre-racked wood for the first time this year to see whether I prefer it.

The guy who did the stacking this year, did a wonderful job. He even sorted the small stuff into the box next to the stack without my asking him to do it. I have used Ignition Firewood for many years and have always had excellent service from them. The last couple of years I have had the wood stacked for me and it has been done quickly and efficiently.
