I’ve just had Weather Master Roofing Canterbury replace my roof from concrete tiles to iron and I have to say that from beginning to end, they are a 10/10.Right from the start when I first phoned the company and spoke with Marie to getting the final account from Mel - the team have been outstanding. What I’ve liked is that they are professional, reliable, and really good with communication. Quick to follow up on any questions. Tim came out to view for the quote - he really had a good look about and discussed his assessment with me and he is knowledgeable and clearly knows roofing. Unlike the other companies I had quote - he didn't just add guttering replacement, he told me that the guttering was in good order and didn't require replacement. The Weather Master team I had (with Cam as the foreman and Mike as the leading hand )who came to actually replace the roof were excellent - worked really hard and over long hours to catch the good weather. They were very respectful about my property including garden plants. They were mindful of my children's safety as they left for school and returned home. They were conscious of their own safety on the roof and cleaned up offcuts and rubbish as they went. Guttering's were also cleared out at the end of the job. I can't sing their praises loudly enough and the finished look of my roof has been complimented on by both friends and neighbours. I'm very pleased I chose this roofing firm to replace my roof . A great job at a competitive price. I feel confident in recommending them to others.
