We dined in,Grear was front of house and our waitress, she’s an asset to the Restaurant, polite, efficient and a great bubbly sense of humour.Hubby had Steak, egg and chips and I had chicken skewers, both meals cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious.Visiting from NZMCA site across the road.Well recommended.

A lovely owner of the business who we enjoyed chatting with and very nice meal. A very busy business, however what let's you down is the place is dirty, tables left uncleared and toilets are filthy. Take some time out to do a thorough clean of cobwebs and dust, employ a student after school. It detracts from what is otherwise a pleasant stop.

The view is incredible. We'll worth the windy drive from Queenstown. Has a mountain town feel to it. Lots of tourists with brand new hiking boots and suntanned guides.

A pit stop for most people travelling between Milford Sound and Queestown/Invercargill. Decent coffee and the Cajun Chicken Sandwich was good after heating up. Friendly staff and spacious seating. There are lots of souvenirs sold here too hence many tour buses stop here for toilet breaks.

It's a good place/store. Number of buses stops here. Has nice little cafe and souvenir shop. Owner is good and provides good service. I ordered Cappuccino with Cinnamon and staff made Cappuccino with Caramel. Owner gave us another drink at no charge and also apologized. Clean and tidy place. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Nice stopover location before heading to Milford Sound. Was here as part of a tour. Great to grab a coffee and a variety of breakfast sandwiches and pies. Lunch pack also prepared here, perfect on the Milford Sound cruise.

Your typical tour stop. No view, no scenery, simply a gass station cafe with whom your tour company probably has a deal: he will pick up your lunch here, make sure you spend money on mosquito repellent, 5$ coffees and snacks before you continue your tour to Milford Sound. I recommend the clean rest rooms while you are here.PS if you are on a tour and stop here on your way to Milford, you'll most likely see this place again on they way back.

I had a really great time here due to the alpacas next door! The food was ok though. I got the hotdog and chips since everything else seemed overpriced which was ok (I was surprised to get a fried sausage instead of a hotdog in a bun though, but maybe this is an NZ thing?). I also got a flat white which was ok.The real highlight was feeding the alpacas next door. The cafe doesn’t really advertise it but the neighbouring fences have signs about alpaca food and you can ask the cashier to buy some. The alpacas were on the far side of the field but I shook the bag of food and they came running over! I spent $2 on alpaca food and though it was a great deal for the experience!
