I was not happy with this salon. I would never go back nor recommend to anyone. I got an upper lip and eyebrow wax. My skin wasn’t cleansed before application, the wax was so hot it burnt my skin. I had to apply ice to it immediately after I left. Also hairs remain at the corner of my lips. Cheap and nasty, don’t go there.The photo doesn’t do justice, it was very sore and red in all areas that were waxed. They shouldn’t be practicing with this level of service.

The worst place to get a haircut. Literally butchered my hairHad no idea on how to do layers.The lady dint brush or detangle my hair and just took bunches at chopped them off.And thinned it" very randomly.Came home to brush my hair and locks of hair are just falling outIts patheticI need to wear a hat now!!!!"

I had the lovely Jessica cut my hair today first hair cut in 10 years so happy she did such a good job was gentle had good banter and made me leaving feeling like a 1000 dollars thank u so much

The shop was busy but they let me know upon arrival that there would be a little wait. My stylist was quick, efficient and didn't talk my ears off. Happy with my cut and the relaxing wash. Thank you

My usual hairdresser was booked and I needed a cut at short notice. Ash did a great job cutting layers following the same style. Can recommend to cut layers on medium length hair.

It was a bad experience with Kess at New Plymouth. I am pregnant and went for hair wash. The lady was so rude she didn't check with me the temperature of water and rubbed my scalp with her nails. I couldn't bear it and was so upset that did not go ahead with hair dry. The incident happen on 23rd April 2022 at around 11.10 am. Would never recommend it to anyone in New Plymouth
