After our experience, we regret to say that we cannot recommend this business.Despite paying well in advance, Kirsty cancelled our child's Bouncy Castle booking just ONE hour before his party was due to start with only an email explanation that it was cancelled due to rain. However, there was no sign of rain that day, and there were no clouds in sight at the time of the email. We were deeply disappointed that Kirsty didn't take the time to call us.Fortunately, we discovered Kiwi Castles, another local business, and even though we called them only 30 minutes before the party was scheduled to start, they were able to provide a fantastic bouncy castle for our child, even on a Sunday, and at a fraction of the price we were charged by Kirsty.Thanks to Kiwi Castles, our child had an unforgettable day filled with sunshine, despite the last-minute cancellation by Kirsty via email.The lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable and it is unfortunate that we had to turn to another business at the last minute to make our child's day special.

We booked in a Frozen bouncy castle for our 5 years old birthday and it was an absolute hit with all the kids. Kirstys communication prior the to the event was great, and it was droped off and set up in a quick manner. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bouncy castle for there event
