Very helpful friendly staff, called in to get a Beecard and information . I was given verbal information as well as the needed pamphlet s relating to the card's use. The premise was well laid out with easy access.

Jo and Brenda - the Te Kuiti Isite team - went totally above and beyond duty when I found myself stranded in Te Kuiti. After I lost my rental car key they sorted everything from phoning the car rental company, talking to the local mechanic, booking bus tickets and finding me accommodation. If you're going to get stuck anywhere, or simply need some help to book tickets for local sights, this is your team!

Beautiful 2days there in Tekuiti with the highlights being my granddaughter (hehe) but the bronze statue of Sir Collin Meads, the beautification of the Railway Station and the massive sculpture of the Shearer shearing. At night looking over the town you see all the Xmas lights.

Friendly staff but I don't like the fact the Site has a free wifi" but when you connect you'll be asked for a voucher. Free is free. You just connect and that's it. I don't blame the staff but the Council should offer it for free."
