A wide range of flooring, offering much the same as their competitors. Unfortunately found the two staff members we dealt with awkward and anxious handling our enquiries. In the end we ended up buying from a competing store, where the staff were a lot more relaxed and we were much more comfortable and had more confidence in them. When product range and prices are all much the same between competing stores sometimes it comes down to rapport. And from our experience unfortunately for Carpet Court they were found lacking.

This Company has recently replaced flooring in my kitchen and carpet in three areas. The job presented many difficulties. The Manager and his team of experts tackled the issues and produced a brilliant result. Additionally, all very nice people.

As a result of an insurance claim I was directed to Carpet Court. Hayden went out of his way to squeeze in time to do a measure/quote at short notice and to then fit me in for the laying of new carpet within a tight time-frame. Tanya was efficient to deal with in relation to the insurance claim. Thanks guys.

We had Kevin spend four days laying the carpet for my landlord in a rental we had just moved into. Top bloke. Very respectful of our living space, friendly, professional, and good trade practices. Recommended

Poor customer service. Very, very slow to order my flooring. Freight cost is outrageous and they only freight to their store and don't allow freight to your house/site even for small orders.
