Staff member here was very helpful, unlike her counterpart at their Dressmart store at Hornby who seemed to be more interested in talking with a friend or co-worker than a potential customer.

Assistant wasn't very helpful and was a bit rude. She Didn't have much knowledge/interest on the style I was after and put of a vibe of not really wanting to help or make a sale. She seemed more interested in having to sanitise each pair I touched and didn't seem very happy about it. Of course I'd understand if the shop was full, but I was the only customer in the store.

The Kind Fijian Indian girl that works there is so helpful and has amazing customer service, I mentioned the race as I didn’t catch her name but she was so helpful and fixed my glasses in 10mins when some other girl who worked there said it’ll take 1.5weeks. Totally recommend!

Arg. Should have read reviews before wasting time. Rude service, seems like not enough staff for a busy day. Went to Sunglasses Hut and much better :)A year on my wife and I often recall how bad this experience was, struggling to think of ever getting worse service. Pretty sure this is most appalling we've struck in over 12 countries!

First experience buying sunglasses after having laser eye surgery and no longer needing prescription glasses. The young girl who helped me was fantastic. Really friendly and helpful and we found a pair that suited me really well and didn't break the bank. I liked how she asked what I wanted and price range rather than just trying to upsell me to the most expensive glasses. Very happy and I'll be back!

Not satisfied with the service. Today I have purchased adidas glass of worth of $189.90, but there is no case with this glasses.They only gave a normal cover. It should be proper case to protect the glasses

Poor customer service ... Sales girl didn’t even ask us one time about what we want or what they have for us to sell looks like she wasn’t interested to sell anything to us..very poor salesman skills... anyway ee have bought two sunglasses one for me and one for my wife.... supposed to get warranty receipt for both of them .. but haven’t received it so far in my email...

The worst experience in riccarton Sunglass style they always intimidate me. I came today and asked to try the gucci sunglass she was frowning opening the cabinet, she opened it and didn’t even let me know she was racist. She was saying hi to everyone else coming and to me she was frowning and giving me the vibe she didn’t want to serve me considering my family have bought a few expensive pairs and I could literally buy that but with her service never want to ever go there such a shame
