Smoke Shack - Victoria Street
The pork and beef had a delicious, smokey flavour and was melt-in-your-mouth. We shared the platter for two and was more than enough food. Busy atmosphere and friendly service.

Doesn't deserve one star. The food was cold and had no smokey flavour what so ever. There are no waiters in this resturant, the barman for spice paragon can take your order when he's free, other than that there was not water served or any staff asking if we wanted drinks or how was your meal

A few days ago I ordered the Brisket combo for T A . All the food was cold, the meat was soft but had no smoky flavor, it looked like it was boiled. Please you must improve, especially the smoked flavor in the food because you are a smokehouse.

Food was very nice. Service extremely poor. Place was empty but is still took about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge us staying at the bar.No on site parking however lots of different parking areas only a short walk away

What on earth am I supposed to do with the meat platter that says it comes with tortillas and it comes with the tiniest singular tortilla! Enough for about 1/10 of the amount of the meat I have! Ridiculous m. It wasn’t even very tasty, dry and cold. Not happy, will not come again

If we could give this a negative rating we would. We ordered through delivereasy and received a platter of cold food. Completely cold. This was not a result of the delivery driver taking their time, this was food that was precooked and left to chill. Cold pork belly that was rubbery, waffle fries that were cold and brisket that was also cold. Absolutely disgusting and straight in the bin.

finger licking delicious American style ribs, meat fells off the bone. Friendly service. 2 of us ordered half rack, coleslaw, fries and we barely finished it all. Next time we will omit the fries

So disappointed, website says 4hr cooking time for meats, ordered online around lunch time and when to pick up around 530ish they took payment and then was only told when I arrived that the couldn’t do the order because the kitchen is shared with spice paragon and it’s full booked??? This was available through their website, and then to say it was my responsibility to go and see if I can get refunded, disappointed

Literally the nicest takeaway ribs I've ever had! and at 120kg trust me I've had a few rids. Meat melted off the bone and they all had a very healthy amount of meat on them as well, highly recommended.
