Perfect customer service, Eva is in my opinion best lash tech in the bay. Highly recommend if you are wanting good quality lashes.

Very disappointed with the service. When I went to book they told me the price would be 79 or around that, went in for my appointment and didn’t get seated for 15 minutes(the place was empty apart from one lady also getting nails done) and then when I finally sat down it took nearly 3 hours to finish them(tommy did a great job) however the Indian lady had tried to charge me extra for my design. Went up to pay and was told it would be 119$ which is really stupid considering the fact they charge you for length($20) and the design(15$) and even tried charging me another $15 for the colour??? The service was horrible. I’ve done my eyelashes with Eva before and they were great but hello beautiful needs to figure out their prices cause my nails were definitely not worth $119.not even that but the lady next to me was doing her nails and the same Indian lady didn’t know what she was doing and the poor customer sarcastically said “yes please experiment on my nails” that is just sad that customers put our trust in businesses and get served by inexperienced, rude and scamming people like this lady. Really shameful for the other workers like tommy who is a great worker, who should be getting paid more than this lady that tried to scammed me. If I could make it 0 stars I would. If you’re thinking of getting your nails done here make sure it’s so simple that even you could do it cause that lady is basically a child with her experience. Might I add that I seen her doing another customers nails (during my 3 hour appointment) and the lady her self was criticised by the customers for how bad she was doing her nails.

Iv gotten my nails done at this beautiful salon a few times. Every-time has been a great experience everyone is nice!! Tommy has done a few designs for me and he’s super talented! Love his work <3 (ombré nails with glitter and the blue swirls

HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED I use to love coming here for my lashes but NOT any more as they have a new lady in there some times and she has what I feel like next none experience. I got hybrid eyelashes and it took her 3 hrs and two days later my lashes are falling out. NOT IMPRESSED

I went in today and got 16mm hybrids and they came out exactly how I wanted them. She was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the service. I then got my eyebrows shaped and they came out amazing!! Ive always had uneven brows and she evened them up so well!! Will definitely be a regular here from now on :))

My nails are extra long, super cute, and it was a painless experience with Tommy. Tommy does a thorough job very well executed mate. My lashes are beautiful also I slept through through the whole appointment that's how gentle she was. Love Hello Beautiful!
