I use Total Property Services on a lot of commercial buildings are they are fantastic! Viva is amazing to deal with, very professional and prompt at responding. Colin is also great to deal with, Colin turns up on time and no matter the job he always has a smile on his face.

Called to have my property professionally cleaned, asked for an estimate and was told to email in the details. I did. I had no response. I guess they aren't that hard up for business. I suggest taking your property maintenance needs elsewhere, where they actually want your business.
