I have been to this petrol station several different times of the day and night.Everytime I have been to this petrol during the day I see how many staff there are there and that not many of them are working,in fact why does there need to be so many people on during the day when it is obviously not as busy as when i have been during the night.I went to.the petrol station tonight just after 12am and the poor woman was so busy trying to make coffees for an Uber order and serve the customers,she was amazing. It does make me wander though if she and the other staff who work at night will get any helpers in leading up to Christmas? I wonder how it will be on the mental health of the staff that work at night there is? I take my hat off to her and the other night workers for the amount of work they have to do on their own. Please tell this night shift woman that she does an incredible job.

The lady working the night shift on the early hours of Tuesday 23rd May 2023 (approx 2:42am - 2:44am) is an absolute piece of work. My little brother went to the night pay window to make a purchase (gum, drinks and petrol) while I waited in the car right in front of said window. Right off the bat, the lady looked like she would rather be anywhere else but doing her job. She became visibly angry and condescending when my brother could not remember the exact brand of ‘ice tea’ he was after and she walked off before he could finish telling her what else he was needing. When he proceeded to ask her for the other items he was after, she threatened to “charge you for making me walk back and forth” when it was clearly her fault. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. My little brother was clearly upset with the way he was being treated, hence I told him to come back to the car and we left. BP you are more than welcome to review your CCTV footages and watch the interaction.

Twice an elderly man came in having trouble with his gas pump there was 3 staff members one female sitting down doing nothing and it took three customers to go out and help this elderly man. What upset me the most was the fact he's old veteran and had served for this country I only noticed this because I saw his medals and spoke with him. The staff absolutely showed no customer service let alone respect for this elderly man

Definitely needs a bigger coffee station the poor workers get so many hot drink customers in the mornings

Just asked the guy at counter to use 30 of my balance so I could fill up another car at a later date. He used the whole lot. I'm sure he is supposed to ask how much rather than just scan the discount & would be nice if they didnt have a max limit at the pump for the app. But guess that's in place for all the petrol thieves and would have saved me my balance. BP Bruce McLaren has far better customer service I have experienced. Thanks for not listening.

BP fuel prices always much higher compare to others, the difference could be from 15c to 20c.

Great service station.Big lot with plenty of room to move around. All the fuels needed are on pump with all the other amenities expected of a service station.The store has a good range of food and supplies you may need for the road and staff are friendly and polite.Access is a breeze with multiple access points.

İt is very worst toilet is close i driwe long way to come for gas and staff i need go toilet but no toilet it's just to to an annoying

I order food and coffee on uber eats I mentioned to tost the tostie and I was calling them back to back but no one was picking my call. The whole order was wrong tostie was not tosted and i received half order... very bad service
