I wanted to buy a shaver. I searched a few models online and gave a ring to Shaver Shop at Queensgate. Soham gave me all the required information, and he also confirmed the availability of a particular model for me without hesitation. I went to the shop. They have a lot of products to choose from and are well presented. Soham gave me detailed information on correctly using an electric rotary shaver & how to take its proper care. He allowed me to test a demo model on my face. I greatly appreciate this in-person experience. Thanks to Soham for his excellent customer service.

Online purchase that NZPost performed some magic and made it disappear ^*~.. Initial response was a little vague but then Soham followed up with true professionalism and made sure I got a replacement in double quick time. A real pleasure to find a company who actually performs excellent customer service .. and that's quite rare these days. No hesitation in shopping again and recommending ShaverShop to everyone.

Beware!! False advertisement!!They refused to sell the product for the amount advertised on their website because their computer shows full price.Then...Their website tells the product is not in stock, but in the shop they have quite a few of them sitting in a carboard in display area.Commerce commission awaits for their action.

Again the another great experience from shavershop. Going at sharvershop from 2017 since i was in Auckland. Was always blessed with jawdropping deals and customer service. Always smiling and welcoming staff . Was my first visit in this wellington store and no matter what customer service never disappointed me ever. Again got good welcoming factor by staff Soham and Geetika. Explained well about the stuff they have for customer needs. Worth of going to shavershop. Will be always back and highly recommended.

I called and spoke to Soham to enquiry about buying a new shaver. Soham chatted with me to find out what I was after and suggested I could buy new foils for my existing shaver rather than a new shaver.Soham was awesome, knowledgeable and was looking out for my best interests.
