All went well with both drop off and pick up. Phoned customer services to have the date moved and they were very helpful in doing this. Thank you Bins R Us, would certainly use again.

We have had this driver deliver and pick up a number of times now. He has always been so friendly and helpful. When he came to collect the bin, it was HEAVY! He had to do quite a bit of work to get the bin onto the truck but advised me every step of the way on what he was doing. - Great effort, thanks Bins R Us!

Very Disappointing! This company was great at first but after their driver turned up at the wrong address and took my half empty bin without being booked somehow the rude lady in the office insisted this was our fault! Insanely poor customer relations! DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNTIL THE GET RID OF HER

I posted my disappointment on your fb page today and I see now it's been removed and you can't make comments on your business.I do not recommend Bins R Us to anyone and it's obvious that you don't accept the good with the bad by removing what was the truth about the service I received.

Wow just wow! My children and I were nearly killed by a driver from this company. He chose to take his truck off a site at school finishing time. The children had just got out of school and were either forced onto the road or behind the truck. Thinking that the truck was leaving thesite we went behind it. Next thing the truck is reversing towards 10 kids. Rang the head office, the person whi answered the phone was terse and he did say he would speak to the driver but seemed to think the driver was just doing his job and wasn5 in school grounds. Sorry he needs to learn to do his job better. Could he have moved his vehicle at any time except 3pm when school got out?

Customer Service on the phone is good. delivery man is rude, Turn up without call or not even Kock the door and just drop the bin then run away. Collection is on-time but then advise it's 100kg over weight without any evidence (Photo / Whatsapp should be simple now aday). I don't bother to argue and pay for the excess charge. Company can provide the basic service but it has the room for improvement.

Great to deal with and very helpful. They gave me a great price on a bin and moved the dates at late notice as I was away. All enquiries and questions were dealt with promptly and professionally, I can highly recommend.
