In response to the 1 star from @Waikato Chiefs, I was there with him. And the option to wait 15 minutes was never offered. They're either lying or looked at the wrong footage. The fact that they're saying that makes me really question their honesty. To lie about that is truly a despicable thing.

I used Andrew's skills about a year ago. He & Kay were lovely. I gave him a complicated design (that another jewellers had refused as being too fussy) & he gave me exactly what i wanted. He even pushed it thru so i had it before Xmas.I have been back a couple of times since, & am going to see him again shortly. Highly recommend.

Got a custom engagement ring made. Ended up being valued at 8000. Gave him my ideas, he said he would do some sketches. Next I hear from him he has made the ring, hasn't done it how we had discussed and wanted me to approve it for the setting of the stone. I didn't have time to get things changed so just ran with it as it was. When we first spoke I wasn't going to need it for 7 weeks so there was more than enough time to do things right.Not only did I not get the ring made as requested and agreed on but the stone came loose after 12 days. Spoke to 4 jewelers both on the US and here in NZ, all said whoever made it did not know how to work with raw gems.Plus side he was friendly and did try to make it work. Even met me on a day hes normally closed as I was working all week at one point.

I cannot speak highly enough of Artisan Jewellers. After a terrible experience with another Jeweller who had my stones for over 12 months and still hadn't really even started making the ring, I took my stones to Andrew. Within about 3 weeks he had it done. I was super impressed with the high level of communication regarding design and blown away by the finished product. Thank you so much.

Absolutely shocking service, both extremely rude to my partner after she tried to get a ring re-sized! I'm sorry we didn't buy one of your rings, guess I'm lucky I didn't! If you're going to get angry and vent your frustration by being asked to re-sized then don't do it! By the way, this was still cost her $165! I've been coming to your shop since the mid 80's! I never will again!

Wow just refused to refund money when I tried to return earrings that bent within day of purchase. Paid $125 for them and thought it was reasonable to ask for money back given they had bent without any explanation. Argued silver is a soft metal and then I must have hit with force.Can't have it both ways. Rude condescending manner and wouldn't listen. If you're after customer service steer clear of this guy.

Was kind of rude to be honest. Was still having a conversation with him and he walked off to answer the phone or something, told us we have to come back the next day to get watch fitted even though the sign outside says something like fit while you wait" didn't really seem very professional to me. It's a 5 minute job

This husband and wife team produce some amazing quality jewellery - that is their forte! I am in awe what can be done with old jewellery into something new or just starting from scratch on an idea/drawing. Just need to check their facebook page out to see that.What I am gobsmacked about is reading keyboard warrior trolls who feel they need to slam a small business.I mean to give a 1 star because you expected them to drop everything to fix a watch that you didn’t even buy there, when others were waiting in front of you, because you were in a hurry – entitled much! Or adjust something that you brought online probably no doubt overseas, and then not respect their rule to not work on these due to issues with the quality that they can’t guarantee. Or wanting a freebie years later without a receipt.Give these guys a break they are hard working small business owners and produce some amazing quality and bespoke pieces and giving a bad review just because you’re having a bad day is unfair.I have only ever found them to be awesome to deal with, and it’s a shame that the few that have complained outweigh the thousand and thousands of happy customers that are sporting Andrew’s creativity and haven’t put up a positive review.

Andrew is an amazing jeweller. Love the engagement ring you mad up for us. It's absolutely beautiful. Thank you. Will be back to get the matching wedders made up.

My dad went in to get some links taken out of a watch that he had brought online from a nz store and was rudely refused service because he did not buy it locally, he has been coming to you guys for years but will now be taking his business elsewhere. Not only the refusal of service but the manner he was spoken to was patronising and unprofessional.
